Sophia Saco

Sophia Saco is a second-year MFA in Creative Writing candidate at the University of Central Florida. A graduate of Wellesley College, Sophia has been published in three of her alma mater's journals: The Wellesley Review, Counterpoint, and Kaleidoscope. She experiments with fiction and creative nonfiction, but especially loves blending narratives with poetry. When not writing a new sestina, Sophia can be found exploring Orlando with her cohort member and recreating her mother's Cuban recipes.
